Trust in Advertising has been on sale for two days and I’m completely overwhelmed by the support and messages from everyone. Some of you are stalking your mailman waiting for your print copy to arrive, some of you were so impatient you ordered ebook and print, Kindles were downloading it, people overseas are patiently awaiting packages, and I heard some of you even stayed up all night reading! I cannot thank you enough for the support and the smiles. It’s impossible to explain the feelings of gratitude I have to all of you for your kindness.
